Returns and Refunds
1. General Information
At Kizzme, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a return, refund, repair, or replacement, subject to the terms outlined below and in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.
2. Your Consumer Rights (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods sold in the UK must be:
- of satisfactory quality
- fit for purpose
- as described
If a product does not meet these requirements, you are legally entitled to a remedy.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:
- a full refund (within 30 days of delivery), or
- a repair or replacement, or
- a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible or fails
3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Online Purchases)
For online purchases, UK law provides a 14‑day cooling‑off period starting from the day you receive your order.
Within this period, you may return an item for any reason, provided that:
- the item is unused and in resaleable condition
- original packaging is included where reasonably possible
⚠️ Please note: Certain items are excluded by law from change‑of‑mind returns (see section 4).
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for:
- customised or personalised products
- sealed hygiene or personal care items once opened
- perishable goods
- items that show signs of excessive use or damage caused after delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return
- Products should be returned in reasonable condition

7. Refund Timing and Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return)
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Kizzme will cover return shipping costs
- For change‑of‑mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
