These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Kizzme Shopify store available at kizzme.fr by customers located in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between Kizzme and customers through the Shopify online store.
Any different or conflicting terms proposed by the customer are rejected unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Products
- Product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented on the product pages.
- While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.
- All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Taxes (Shopify Checkout Compliance)
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs and any additional fees are clearly shown before order confirmation.
- Kizzme reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
5. Order Process (Shopify Mandatory Flow)
- Customers select products and add them to the cart
- Customers review order details before checkout
- Payment is submitted via Shopify’s secure checkout
- An automatic order confirmation email is sent
A contract is formed only once the order confirmation email has been issued.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods may include (depending on Shopify availability):
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shopify Payments
- SEPA Bank Transfer (where available)
Payments are processed immediately unless otherwise stated.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.
Risk passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the specified address.

8. Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Rules)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

9. Returns and Refunds (Shopify‑Required Transparency)
9.1 Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Returned items must:
- be unused and in resaleable condition
- include original packaging where reasonably possible
Excluded items:
- personalised or customised goods
- sealed hygiene items once opened
- perishable goods
Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notification.
9.2 Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a remedy if goods are:
- faulty
- damaged
- not as described
Available remedies include:
- refund
- repair
- replacement
9.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or proof of return
- Standard delivery fees are refunded only where required by law
10. Return Shipping Costs
- Kizzme covers return costs for faulty or incorrect items
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns unless stated otherwise
11. Warranty
Any additional commercial warranty offered will be clearly stated on the product page.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Shopify store—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by or licensed to Kizzme.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Liability and Limitations (Shopify Legal Best Practice)
- Kizzme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to the total value of the order, to the extent permitted by law
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- rights that cannot be excluded under UK law
14. Privacy and Data Protection (Shopify + UK GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- UK GDPR
- Data Protection Act 2018
Customer data is used for:
- order processing
- customer support
- legal and accounting obligations
